NCSU Educators:  Teaching responsibilities are multifaceted and include instruction of students in undergraduate, veterinary, graduate, and interdisciplinary curricula and continuing education for veterinarians and allied specialty groups. We believe high quality teaching by a competent faculty and support staff must be available to all eligible persons and appropriately supported. We constantly seek ways to improve instruction quality, and periodically review our programs and faculty, and encourage and reward excellence in teaching.

Educator Development:  Educator growth is inspired by the Academy of Educators (AoE), a volunteer organization of faculty, staff, graduate students and residents that engages in discourse and workshops around educational topics.  The AoE works in collaboration with our Educational Support Services (ESS), which directly facilitates quality course, lesson, and assessment design.

The AoE is serves as our Local SEVEC branch organization and shares a number of its sessions through ZOOM and Lecture Captures.  Learn more about it here!
